I'm an animator and musician living in Washington. Working in animation and motion graphics, there aren't many opportunities to do traditional hand-drawn animation, and I got tired of asking and waiting.
I started making DANG in 2024 as a way to get better at drawing, wind down from the day, and vent out some heavy feelings in a fun way.
Instead of animating to other people's music, I thought it'd be a fun challenge if I make the songs as well – to come up with some stories that would make fun music cartoons.
I've always drawn cartoons, and I've always been in bands, but this is the first time I've combined my two favorite things to do.

COREY DILLIER
DEPT. OF MIXING, MASTERING AND SHREDDING
Corey is an audio engineer, musician and programmer living in Arizona. We grew up playing in bands, making videos and putting on shows together. Once I decided to start releasing DANG songs as EPs, I knew I had to call Corey right away – there's nobody better to collaborate with.
Corey is the mixing and mastering engineer for all DANG music releases. He takes my muddy messes and works his magic to make them punchy, balanced and fresh.
He's also been known to contribute kinetic, funky, alien guitar solos to several DANG songs – that's him beaming you up on PERMANENTLY INJURED BY MAGIC. Nobody plays guitar like Mr. Dillier, and quite often he is the magic ingredient when I'm stumped.
NICOLE MEYER
DEPT. OF ANGELIC VOICING AND SANITY CHECKS
Nicole is a fitness instructor and peanut butter enthusiast living in Washington. She also happens to have a beautiful singing voice.
Nicole sings both lead and backup vocals on several DANG songs. Whenever I'm writing and I hit a wall with my own voice in a song, I can always take it to Nicole and she'll knock it out of the park and bring it to life within her first couple of tries, no problem.
That's Nicole you hear singing as our damsel in distress in SUPERNATURAL CRUSH, the Tumbleweed Trio in BEST OF LUCK, and one of our three vampire servants in PRICE OF ADMISSION (with Corey as the third).
Nicole also operates as DANG's chief sanity consultant on nearly every idea that comes to life in the project. There's no doubt DANG is more strong, toned and muscular thanks to her contributions.
