If they're available, my favorite pizza topping is black holes.
Usually, at least one slice has a black hole big enough to fit a small to medium human hand through. Reach around in there – if you're lucky, you'll be one of the 0.17% in which the black hole connects back to the pizza shop.
You may want to do some blindfolded touch-recognition training before attempting – get to know the touch of your toppings of choice.
Once you're in, feel around in there and pull your favorite bonus toppings out and apply to the pizza – no extra fees.
I would not recommend attempting anything more ambitious – I've had bad experiences trying to pull one pizza through another pizza. They get tangled, the universe starts to warp and wobble, and the pizzas implode on each other, leaving everyone hungry and confused. Don't push your luck.
